Bridging loans

Bridging loans are what they say on the tin. They’re designed to cover (bridge) a short amount of time in an individual’s financial circumstance. Typically taken for 3 months – 24 months, they can be used for redevelopment purposes or bridging the funding gap between the purchase of a new home, while your old house sells.
